Summary
TEO has published the Final Outcomes Report on its Children’s Rights Impact Assessment (CRIA) and the Rural Needs Impact Assessment (RNIA) on the Executive Office’s Spending Plans to the end of the public consultation period on 2 October 2023. These are available below, along with the full CRIA and RNIA documents published for consultation.

Consultation description
The Phase 1 Outcomes Report and Recommendations alongside the Consultation on The Executive Office Budget Allocation for 2023-2024 can be accessed here.
The main consultation aims to avoid any adverse impacts and, where possible, take action to mitigate against adverse Section 75 equality impacts of TEO’s spending plans). Phase 2 of the main consultation closes on 2 August 2023. The current report aims to report on interim findings and recommendations of the first phase and prior to the close on 2 August 2023.
The consultation documents above are the Children’s Rights Impact Assessment (CRIA) and the Rural Needs Impact Assessment (RNIA). These have a closing date of Monday 2 October 2023, although responses are particularly encouraged by the closing date for the main EQIA Spending Plans Consultation of Wednesday 2 August 2023.
